Who Are We?
- We are a placement firm licensed and chartered by the State of New Jersey to do management selection and placement consulting work within the Hospitality Industry.
- We work in all segments of the industry. The service we provide to our client companies is that we source candidates and interview them to ascertain the viability they pocess to produce positive results within the responsibilitiy parameters you have outlined to us.
- We provide clear cut resume notes and contact information for you to make interview arrangements on your own or do the scheduling for you, whichever is preferble to you.
- We do our own reference checks and can provide that information to you upon request along with contact information should you have your own specific questions to ask.
- We are a contingency fee paid company with all fees paid by the employer. The interview process and selection decision is completely your own and no fee for our services is due until a person is hired and working, we will do whatever is required of us to assist in managing that process.
Our History
Tom Meredith is the owner and operator of RMJ Inc., his background includes extensive experience in full service restaurants in both the front and back of house as well as two decades on the recruiting and placement side of the industry. This experience level gives him not only the ability to fully understand the operational side but an un-paralleled number of contacts throughout the industry on both the employer and employee side.
